Bugs, Enhancements, and Performance (#580)
* Added parser case for "The Duke of Death and His Black Maid - Ch. 177 - The Ball (3).cbz" * Removed a file that is created and modified every test run. * Fixed a bad parser case for "Batman Beyond 02 (of 6) (1999)" which was consuming too many characters * Removed a lot of "Volume" parsing for Comics that don't make sense. This is prep work for the upcoming Comic Rework release. * Reworked a lot of parsing cases for comics based on naming conventions observed from releases found online. * Added a way for external scripts to use a user api key to authenticate * Fixed an issue if the manga only had one page, the bottom menu would be missing page and chapter controls. * Fixed a bug where on small phones, nav bar could overflow due to scroll to top * Tweaked a lot of regex for manga parsing to handle some cases where poorly named files, like "Vol. 03 Ch. 21" would end up parsing as Series "Vol. 03". * Even more handling of parser cases. Manga parser should be as it was but more robust to handle bad naming. * Fixed: Don't force metadata refresh on Scan Series, only on refresh metadata * Implemented the ability to automatically refresh after a series scan based on when server finishes. Remove a duplicate API call from series detail. * Removed another API call for series metadata that isn't needed. * Refactored Message creation to a factory, hardcoded strings are centralized, and RefreshSeriesMetadata sends an event and is refactored to be async. * Fixed a bug when really poorly named files are within a folder that contains the series name, fallback couldn't occur due to it being taken as root folder. Now we detect said condition and will go one level higher, resulting in potentially more I/O, but the series will not be deleted. * Added the Read in Incognito context item for Chapter cards * Skip an additional check for series summary for series that aren't EPUB or Archive formats. * Fixed an issue where cover image generation could occur due to a bad check on LastWriteTime on the underlying file. * Added some extra comic parser tests * Added a ScanLibrary event (not hooked up in UI) * Performance improvement on metadata service. Continuous Reading for Webtoons & I Just Couldn't Stop Coding (#574)
* Fixed an issue from perf tuning where I forgot to send Pages to frontend, breaking reader. * Built out continuous reading for webtoon reader. Still has some issues with triggering. * Refactored GetUserByUsernameAsync to have a new flavor and allow the caller to pass in bitwise flags for what to include. This has a get by username or id variant. Code is much cleaner and snappier as we avoid many extra joins when not needed. * Cleanup old code from UserRepository.cs * Refactored OPDS to use faster API lookups for User * Refactored more code to be cleaner and faster. * Refactored GetNext/Prev ChapterIds to ReaderService. * Refactored Repository methods to their correct entity repos. * Refactored DTOs and overall cleanup of the code. * Added ability to press 'b' to bookmark a page * On hitting last page, save progress forcing last page to be read. Adjusted logic for the top and bottom spacers for triggering next/prev chapter load * When at top or moving between chapters, scrolling down then up will now trigger page load. Show a toastr to inform the user of a change in chapter (it can be really fast to switch) * Cleaned up scroll code * Fixed an issue where loading a chapter with last page bookmarked, we'd load lastpage - 1 * Fixed last page of webtoon reader not being resumed on loading said chapter due to a difference in how max page is handled between infinite scroller and manga reader. * Removed some comments * Book reader shouldn't look at left/right tap to paginate elems for position bookmarking. Performance Improvements (#568)
* Refactored the performance of GetChapter/BookInfo API to have a 10x speed improvement and to use common code, rather than duplicating code. Removed an api param that is no longer needed. * Book reader now has dedicated buttons to jump to next/prev chapter as well as through page buttons |

Reading Lists & More (#564)
* Added continous reading to the book reader. Clicking on the max pages to right of progress bar will now go to last page. * Forgot a file for continous book reading * Fixed up some code regarding transitioning between chapters. Arrows now show to represent a chapter transition. * Laid the foundation for reading lists * All foundation is laid out. Actions are wired in the UI. Backend repository is setup. Redid the migration to have ReadingList track modification so we can order them for the user. * Updated add modal to have basic skeleton * Hooked up ability to fetch reading lists from backend * Made a huge performance improvement to GetChapterIdsForSeriesAsync() by reducing a JOIN and an iteration loop. Improvement went from 2 seconds -> 200 ms. * Implemented the ability to add all chapters in a series to a reading list. * Fixed issue with adding new items to reading list not being in a logical order. Lots of work on getting all the information around the reading list view. Added some foreign keys back to chapter so delete should clean up after itself. * Added ability to open directly the series * Reading List Items now have progress attached * Hooked up list deletion and added a case where if doesn't exist on load, then redirect to library. * Lots of changes. Introduced a dashboard component for the main app. This will sit on libraries route for now and will have 3 tabs to show different sections. Moved libraries reel down to bottom as people are more likely to access recently added or in progress than explore their whole library. Note: Bundles are messed up, they need to be reoptimized and routes need to be updated. * Added pagination to the reading lists api and implemented a page to show all lists * Cleaned up old code from all-collections component so now it only handles all collections and doesn't have the old code for an individual collection * Hooked in actions and navigation on reading lists * When the user re-arranges items, they are now persisted * Implemented remove read, but performance is pretty poor. OPDS Support (#526)

* ImageService had a stream reset before writting out to array. Added logging statment for updating series metadata. Removed ConcurencyCheck due to bad update issue for CollectionTag. * Added a new screen which lets you quickly see all your bookmarks for a given user. * Built user bookmark page in user settings. Misc Bugfixes and Enhancements (#507)
* Removed some extra spam for the console * Implemented the code to update RowVersion, which is our concurrency check * Fixed a critical issue where more than one bookmark could occur for a given chapter due to a race condition. Now we use concurrency checks and we also gracefully allow more than one row, by only grabbing first. * Cleaned up the logic for IHasConcurencyToken and updated the setters to be private. * Lots of comments and when deleting a library, remove any user progress items for which chapters don't exist. * When deleting a Series, cleanup user progress rows. * Now after a scan of library, if a series is removed, collection tags are pruned as well if there are no longer any series bound to it. * Updated the image on the Readme to show a better picture * Small code cleanup to remove null check modifier as I check for null just before then * Fixed images loading multiple times due to using function in binding with random. You can now click chapter images to read that chapter specifically. * Fixed cards being different sizes when read vs unread * Moved over Robbie's workflow changes from notifier. Custom Cover Images (#499)
* Added some documentation. Removed Require Admin Role from Search Tags. Added Summary to be updated on UpdateTag. * Added Swagger xml doc generation to beef up the documentation. Started adding xml comments to the APIs. This is a needed, slow task for upcoming Plugins system. * Implemented the ability to upload a custom series image to override the existing cover image. Webtoon Reader Fixup (#405)
* Navigate users to library page instead of home to prevent history block. * Cleaned up the Contributing to describe new code structure * Fixed a critical bug for how we find files for a chapter download (use ChapterId for lookup, not MangaFile.Id). Refactored how downloading works on the UI side to use the backend's filename whenever possible, else provide a custom name (and use backend's extension) for bundled downloads. * Fixed a bug where scroll intersection wasn't working on books without a table of content, even though it should have. * If user is using a direct url and hits an authentication guard, cache the url, allow authentication, then redirect them to said url * Added a transaction for bookmarking due to a rare case (in dev machines) where bookmark progress can duplicate * Re-enabled webtoon preference in reader settings. Refactored gotopage into it's own, dedicated handler to simplify logic. * Moved the prefetching code to occur whenever the page number within infinite scroller changes. This results in an easier to understand functioning. * Fixed isElementVisible() which was not properly calculating element visibility * GoToPage going forwards is working as expected, going backwards is completly broken * After performing a gotopage, make sure we update the scrolling direction based on the delta. * Removed some stuff thats not used, split the prefetching code up into separate functions to prepare for a rewrite. * Reworked prefetching to ensure we have a buffer of pages around ourselves. It is not fully tested, but working much better than previous implementation. Will be enhanced with DOM Pruning. * Cleaned up some old cruft from the backend code * Cleaned up the webtoon page change handler to use setPageNum, which will handle the correct prefetching of next/prev chapter * More cleanup around the codebase * Refactored the code to use a map to keep track of what is loaded or not, which works better than max/min in cases where you jump to a page that doesn't have anything preloaded and loads images out of order * Fixed a bad placement of code for when you are unauthenticated, the code will now redirect to the original location you requested before you had to login. * Some cleanup. * Refactored library card to have a custom implemenation using icons rather than images. In addition, swapped out font awesome with official version. * Replaced pull-right with float-right due to updated bootstrap version. * Added a new section to admin dashboard * Added some menu system for reader, fit to width, height or original. Temp hack to make background black. * Ability to set nav bar completely off from some pages. This code is buggy, but fixed a bug where 1) If we changed the normalization code, we would remove the whole db during a scan and 2) We weren't actually removing series properly. Other than that, code is being extracted to remove duplication and centralize logic. * More code cleanup and test cleanup to ensure scan loop is working as expected and matches expectaions from tests. * Cleaned up the code and made it so if I change normalization, which I do in this branch, it wont break existing DBs. * Some comic parser changes for partial chapter support. * Added some code for directory service and scanner service along with python code to generate test files (not used yet). Fixed up all the tests. * Code smells |

Performance, Scan Loop, Specials, and cleanup (#150)
* More cases for parsing regex * Fixed a bug where chapter cover images weren't being updated due to a missed not. * Removed a piece of code that was needed for upgrading, since all beta users agreed to wipe db. * Fixed InProgress to properly respect order and show more recent activity first. Issue is with IEntityDate LastModified not updating in DataContext. * Updated dependencies to lastest stable. * LastModified on Volumes wasn't updating, validated it does update when data is changed. * Rewrote a check to avoid a small heap object warning. * Ensure UpdateSeries checks all libraries for unique name. * Took care of some todos, removed unused imports, on dev go ahead and schedule reoocuring jobs since LiteDB caused the locking issue. * No Tracking when we aren't using entities. * Added code to remove abandoned progress rows after a chapter gets deleted. * RefreshMetadata uses one large query rather than many trips to DB for updating metadata.
