ad53fac64e Enhancement request #1440146: make the return key do a search instead of closing the dialog. 
While doing the above, I also made Manage Authors and Manage (something) behave similarly wrt searching again. I also added keyboard shortcuts to OK and Cancel.

672f5dfd9a Add ability to create additional empty formats to the "add empty book" command. Add a new command to add an empty format to existing books. 
The code to add an empty docx should be added to oeb/polish/create.py

4768d695d0 Two fixes: 
1) fix for bug 1436690. Apostrophes in file names create syntax errors. The fix is to remove the apostrophes.
2) fix icon not appearing  in the combo box until the rule editor is closed and reopened.
