Loads the PIL C extensions from the file system as they apparently use
exceptions that cause crash with MemoryModule

8b820767d0 Windows: Improved device ejection code 
Eject individual drives before trying to eject the device. Hopefully,
this fixes incomplete ejection with the Nook devices.
