c59545a96a Change composites to use the cache correctly, so that searches & sorts used. In the process, remove the metadata cache from models.py. 
Fix some bugs introduced by composite columns:
1) no edit widget in bulk_metadata edit
2) explicitly do not make a delegate in views.py
