Convert the category to string in case a numeric column is used. For a
rating column, divide the value by two.

provided you are searching for whole words. Searching for partial words
may still not work. For robust searching, turn off hyphenation in the
viewer preferences.

Bug #1251536 reports an updated firmware for the Kobo WiFi. This also
changed the device id fromPID=0x4161 to PID=0x4162. It also needed an
update to the DBVersion.
