Add an option to show the title for long text (comments type) custom columns in the book details panel. Access the option in Preferences->Add your own columns->Choose the column and click the button to edit the settings for that column.

Edit Book: Add support for EPUB 3 to the Table of Contents tool. Now when editing EPUB 3 files using the tool will automatically generate both the EPUB 3 navigation document and the NCX table of contents for backwards compatibility

Workaround for broken websocket ping/pong implementation in browsers

Now use a normal message to keep the connection alive. Avoids the
