PDF Metadata: Switch to using PoDoFp to read/write PDF metadata. On linux, calibre will fall back to pdftk and pypdf. Linux distributors: calibre will only try to build the podofo extension if it detects the podofo header files in the directory pointed to by PODOFO_INC_DIR, defaults to /usr/include/podofo

calibre now depends on dnspython for email delivery. Also remove python 2.5 builds as it is no longer officially supported, though calibre will probably continue to run on it for a little while longer.

When saving to disk, also save the date. When importing from disk (ebook per directory), if an OPF file is present, use that to read metadata, including date. Adds new dependency on python-dateutil. Rewrite the Add books code for greateer speed and also fix the bug causing the Add books progress dialog to sometimes not close on windows.
