Kovid Goyal e3fabe843a Switch to using a C extension module to interface with fontconfig. This means that calibre now has a build time dependency on fontconfig as well. You can tell calibre where to find the font config headers and library via the environment variables: FC_INC_DIR and FC_LIB_DIR
