Allow collection sort by Release Date Descending 
- default sort is still Release Date Ascending
- choosing sort by Release Date will change it to sort by Release Date Descending

This is because most people go to collections to browse new movies to watch, and recently released movies should be on top.

* Fix warnings, improve performance

`QueryResult.Items` is now a `IReadOnlyList` so we don't need to
allocate a new `Array` when we have a `List` (and `Items` shouldn't need to
be mutable anyway)

* Update Providers .csproj to latest C#

* Remove extra newline from DtoService.cs

* Remove extra newline from UserLibraryService.cs
