manifest: Track newer prebuilts/misc revision

Browse Source 
The libraries used in the previous change were extracted from tegu
which has newer instruction set that is incompatible with barbet.
Extract them from barbet-ap2a.240805.005.s4-factory-eb064cd6.zip
