This was originally imported for the music player app.
However, the library was replaced with an improved visualizer
a while back, making this library unused now.
This essentially reverts commit e4da816f4c547331fcc8c36a5413ca2d2a55c780.

We aren't currently using this. The only reason why this was
being synced, was because it's a dependency of the rebased
Gallery app.
Since the Gallery rebase is currently stalled, remove the library
for now.
This essentially reverts commit 58a7613899d1e4aeec65178a9f0da19ef181f475.

* We still need to compile Ion ourselves due to patches and bugfixes
which haven't been upstreamed, but we now declare our dependencies
