3c2b9d9601 Replace hardware/cyanogen with hardware/lineage/lineagehw 
* The original repository has been split to lineagehw
  and the light HALs that used to live there will be converted
  to HIDL HALs and go to hardware/lineage/interfaces

1828c666ee snippets: refactor comment open/close placement 
Explicitly comment out every inactive line instead of trying
to optimize for the fewest number of <!-- --> needed.

Benefits:

*) Uncommenting a single project is now a single line change instead
   of potentially a multi-line comment refactor.

*) Git history is more useful.

*) Makes rebasing open commits easier.

f9ffaa1383 cm: Remove Gello 
* Jelly is more lightweight and much easier to maintain. Gello can
  live on if someone decides they want to compile it and host it
  somewhere.
