Device susbsytem: Create a drive info file named driveinfo.calibre in the root of each device drive for USB connected devices. This file contains various useful data. API Change: The open method of the device plugins now accepts an extra parameter library_uuid which is the id of the calibre library connected tot eh device

Tag browser: Clicking on a nested category now searches for the category alone. Clicking twice searches fo rthe category and all its descendants and so on. Fixes #9166 (hierarchy indicator for no children). Also fix 9169

News download: Add an option to keep at most x issues of a particular periodical. Use the Advanced tab in the Fetch news dialog for the news source to set this option. Fixes #9168 (Allow maximum number of copies (issues) per recipe)

1) Fix problem with case sensitive matching when creating user categories
...
2) Fix problem in search where setting focus to the search box then removing it caused the item in history to replace the item in the search box case-insensitively. This broke tag state matching in the tag browser.

Fix #9166 : hierarchy indicator for no children
Fix removes all hidden tag browser categories. They must be re-hidden.
Fix adds clicking on category nodes to search, plus four-state searching.
