Refactor: Rewrite cumhuriyet.recipe

1-) This commit completely rewrites the `cumhuriyet.recipe` to
bring it up to date since the previous change was made
years ago.
2-) Add additional feeds
3-) Remove the part having no useful information such as
'google-news'
4-) Add the most common user-agent
5-) Time format is changed as well.
