David Forrester 0cd112e360 Kobo driver: Add support for soon to be released firmware version 3.2
Kobo are about to release firmware 3.2.0. The beta and release
candidates have been tested with calibre and the version number is all
that needs to change. But, I am bumping it to 3.2.1 as Kobo have been
doing a second bug fix release with no backend changes. Fixes #1279190 [Update to support Kobo firmware 3.2.0](https://bugs.launchpad.net/calibre/+bug/1279190)
