Kovid Goyal d38dffa86d Download tags from Amazon

When downloading metadata from Amazon, convert the amazon categories into
tags. You can turn this off by going to Preferences->Metadata download
and configuring the Amazon source. Fixes #1206763 [[Enhancement] Get tags from Amazon](https://bugs.launchpad.net/calibre/+bug/1206763)

calibre is an e-book manager. It can view, convert and catalog e-books in all of the major e-book formats. It can also talk to e-book reader devices. It can go out to the internet and fetch metadata for your books. It can download newspapers and convert them into e-books for convenient reading.
