The update of libxml2 to 2.9.8 by itself causes too many conflicts.
Track the current tip of cm-14.1 to use an updated libxml2.

Google has not published most recent 8.0.1_r33 tag for external/libvorbis
and instead declared the patch for CVE-2018-5146 "non-public".
Hence we need to track our own fork of it.

The July ASB contains a fix in external/tremolo. We already have
a fork of this repo, but we currently track AOSP. There is one commit
missing in comparison to 6.0.1_r79, which will be pushed. Afterwards,
the July ASB change can be merged.
