1) #8945 : Bulk edit dialog still offers tristate choice for custom Yes/No column
...
2) change sort to not distinguish between None and False when bools are not tristate.
3) make the check of the tristate tweak always check for 'no' instead of not 'yes'. Intent is to make the system more stable if the user enters garbage into the tweak.

PML Input: New handling of \t and \T tags. \T's that do not start the line are ignored. \t's that start and end the line use a margin for the text block. \t's that start a line and end another line use a margin for the text block. \t's that start a line but end before a line ending will use a text-indent. \t's that are in the middle of lines are ignored. open and closed \t blocks within a line are ignored.

0ac0fe5bcd
Fix regression that caused a spurious error message after moving a library. Also ensure that the entries in the Copy to Library menu are upadted after a library is moved/renamed/deleted. Fixes #8905 (After moving Library, the "Open in Containing Folder" option points to the old location)
