- When resending book, remove generated covers from the device unless cover upload options are in use.
- Change meaning of "Upload cover" option to always upload the cover.
- Remove option "Always upload cover".
- Add option "Keep aspect ratio". When covers are resized, their aspect ratio is not changed. New firmware will display this correctly. For older firmware, there will be no noticeable difference.
- Cover sizes for Glo added plus code to choose appropriate size for the devices. Mini uses same sizes as Touch.

Add an option to optimize the calibre UI for use with large numbers of libraries. With this option, the Quick Switch and Copy to Library menus will remember more than just 25 libraries and the libraries will be sorted alphabetically instead of by most frequently used. Option is under Preferences->Behavior. Fixes #1133691 (feature request: again: sort entries in "quick switch")

Edit metadata dialog: When pasting in copied text into the comments area, you can now choose to discard all formatting. Right click on the comments area and select 'Paste and Match style' which will paste the copied text as plain text formatted in the current style.
