2e2042d1fb Maintenance on amazon Europe to account for UTF8 and site changes. Maintenance on Waterstones and Foyles to account for site changes. 
Waterstones said that they would not pay commissions on ebooks, but they are in fact paying them. Turn on the affiliate flag.
