7da3cb2c70 Kobo: Add support for fetching annotations from the device. Right click the send to device button and choose fetch annotations. The annotations are placed into the comments of the corresponding books in the calibre library. 2011-10-25 08:59:13 +05:30

e6645d513a Back out the save-to-disk composite column optimization, as it breaks creating folders in complex templates. The optimization was made unnecessary by passing user-defined formatter functions to worker processes. 2011-10-19 08:08:03 +02:00
